The PM12 is a purpose-built, reloadable blank fire device engineered by Hoplite Industries exclusively for the PAMAX Tactical line. It is optimized for law-enforcement and agency training programs and is available to everyone. It uses a traditional pin-and-spoon sequence with a precise 1.5-second mechanical delay timer so agencies can train timed diversionary handling while keeping a reusable blank-fire platform.
Operator certification required before shipment
Free operator training and a signed waiver are required before shipment of goods. The mandatory online operator course documents standardized, safe employment and supports agency liability files. The device will not ship until the course and waiver are complete.
Product Overview
The PM12 mirrors pin-and-spoon handling and a fixed delay while remaining fully reusable and specified by PAMAX as free of ATF restrictions in its approved configuration. It shares the high-cycle training intent of the L.I.O.N. V1 and V2 platforms. Unlike L.I.O.N., this model is a timed mechanical device: after the spoon releases, the 1.5-second timer runs. The trigger mechanism must be manually reset with the included reset tool after each use.
Deployment sequence
1. Pin
Pull the pin while holding the spoon in place.
2. Throw
Throw the device. Keep control of the spoon until it leaves the hand.
3. Spoon / timer
The spoon releases on the throw. The 1.5-second mechanical timer starts when the spoon is released. Detonation follows the delay.
Reset
The PM12 requires a manual reset of the trigger mechanism with the included reset tool before the next deployment.

Approved ammunition and terms
Use only approved PAMAX Tactical 1″ Angry Olive 12-gauge blank cartridges sold on the PAMAX website. Not compatible with the 1208 Thunder Bore. Not compatible with Angry Olive 2″ cartridges. Use of unapproved blanks, live ammunition, or modifying blanks or the device is prohibited and voids all warranty coverage.
