Product Overview
Proprietary engineering is built for durability and function in realistic training scenarios. The V1 is impact-actuated. Removing the pull-pin safety makes the device live for a throw; it will not function on a timer and will not detonate without force acting on it.
Pull-pin safety
Removing the pull-pin safety activates the device for being thrown. It stays inert until force acts on it. Manual shaking by a person is not enough force to detonate.
Multi-caliber base
.209 primer for indoor work. Approved 9mm blanks or B12 mini when output needs to come up.
Training materials
CNC aluminum and 416 stainless—the same stock used on PAMAX firearm components.

Operation
This is an impact-actuated device, not a timed fuze. Removing the pull-pin safety makes the unit live for a throw. It will not go off on its own and will not detonate without force acting on it. Manual shaking generated by a person is not enough force to detonate. Detonation is specified through 540 degrees of impact. The multi-caliber design accepts .209 shotgun primers for indoor training and approved 9mm blanks for enhanced outdoor performance.
The device uses a dual-trigger system. No manual reset is required before or after each use.
Primary — inertial firing pin
An inertial firing-pin mechanism uses impact to actuate the device. It does not require a manual reset before or after each use.
Secondary — top-mounted plunger
A top-mounted plunger delivers direct impact into the firing mechanism for higher detonation rates on soft surfaces. When the unit tumbles on a soft surface, the plunger can depress and set the device off.
